Regulatory limits and market figures are provided for information, with their public sources. They are not an Iberian Olive specification or price offer. Product specifications are those stated in each written offer and its certificate of analysis.

What data we process

Purpose and legal basis
- To answer your request and prepare an offer — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- To keep commercial records of offers and orders — legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) and legitimate interest in managing the business relationship (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we do not sell it.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted after 12 months. Commercial and accounting records are kept for the periods required by Spanish law.
Recipients
Service providers acting on our behalf (hosting and email: Vercel Inc., IONOS SE; form service: Vercel Inc.) and, when you place an order, the mills, packers, carriers and customs agents strictly needed to fulfil it.
